The Rise and Fall of Depfa Bank - a global public finance bank - a great idea in principle. It is hard to believe it has been ten years since it's peak year. Tombstone for it's municipal reinvestment business/ guaranteed Investment contract/ muni GIC business. With rising rates and the rise of infrastructure finance it is time another similar venture.
