Is a NY Times article of July 6, 2016

By Margot Sangor Katz & Kevin Quealy

I took a look at their article.

I have not liked granola bars for some time. I also don't drink Orange juice just eat the whole orange. I hate American cheese it makes me sick.

We ate a crazy amount of apples last year after stopping at the local orchards in Westchester County. I don't eat Chicken and turkey by divine decree. Can probably only eat one peanut.

We eat Quinoa white red and black and should maybe eat more.  We have been eating occasional tofu. Hummus I would like to have more we only eat homemade. We sometimes put our rice into seaweed rolls and call it sushi. We rarely eat out but might eat veg sushi with miso soup and seaweed salad out. Don't eat Shrimp by divine decree.

We have serious doubts about milk and at times drink only black coffee. Almond milk is a waste of time they put like 3% of it is almonds- don't buy it either.

Don't eat eggs, chicken, turkey, wine, fish, bread or drink juices.
