Let's look at the end instead of the beginning

What is the at the end of the book?

Knowing what is at the end of practicing hatha yoga just gives me more respect for Hatha Yoga. People need to get it though their head that it is not just some exercise class at the gym. It is actually just a helpful tool for stilling the mind so that one can listen to the music of the spheres.

The problem with the Music of the Spheres is that it does not occur until the 4th or even the sixth hour. Those Indian Yogis probably practiced fulltime. You need first two hours of Hatha Yoga, then two to four hours of Mantra Yoga, then you finally arrive at Nada Yoga and that being done every day for six months.

One of my poems states that Hatha Yoga leads to Nada Yoga

DS poem August 9, 2015

My Life is Short & the Journey Home is very Long,

So let's begin it today!

Even though you must go alone

You will run into other travelers on the way

the morning light is miracle enough for me

You can take your life force and mind together up & in.

Don't let the world weigh you down

Experience the lightness of being

I left & found a big fat holy book inside of me

I found my spinal column was a highway

Which had an express train

I did my own digging and like a archeologist found a site that confirmed the ancient text to be true

A mysterious self sufficiency exists

To push the extremes you need to manage the pair of opposites

Let's not forget the body before it's time.

Nada yoga will invent Hatha yoga while hatha yoga will lead to nada yoga

The Self is hungry and it's food is not of this world

It feeds in stillness

A state of consciousness is the end
