When I went to the Rehab hospital I learned that stroke victims have to drink thickened water called nectar And just water was dangerous and they could choke on it. I realized that was true of myself. I too had to drink only nectar or Amrit or Ras or cosmic nectar at the third eye and ordinary water was not good enough.
