When I started my all the time Simran The negative power was greatly disturbed And all Hell broke loose as I was just finishing the Inferno. I went though trials but the Simran would return after disruptions.

As I said now I meditate all the time

Not meditating would be the exception

Since I am doing Simran all the time

When I sit for meditation

It is perceived as Simran while sitting still

As opposed to Simran (repetition of mantra) while moving.

So the only thing changing is physical movement or not.

I am no longer either starting or stopping meditation.

If I was working as a scuba diving guide I would eventually stop thinking Oh I am now in the water! Or not in the water!

Likewise instead of thinking Oh look now I am now on the Astral Plane instead I say oh look now I have come down to earth.

We went for a long walk in New York

My greek friends talked all day to each other in Greek as we walked along New York

At the end of the day they said

"Thanks for not talking"

As I was doing Simran I let them talk together without interruption and they needed to catch up.
