The Game of Life I should double down on my meditation time and exercise time And Split my meals in half My exercise and meditation is at the minimum while it should be at the maximum While my food should be only the minimum but is running at half rations A Fast will get you to Samadhi fast While Samadhi will make you fast I think of how I can change myself Not how can I change others and the environment. You must be that caterpillar and weave that cocoon with Simran and emerge the new new thing. Forty years have past and I am still learning the very basic skills of how to sit still and repeat five mantras without interruption And ascend into heaven.
