The Can Do American To meditate long hours for many years Does not seem at all American You are supposed to be doing something But I say to do something You have to first not Do Then you can do. I find unmeditated persons almost completely incapable of action To do something You have to first not do Spirituality is a fire you have to light yourself And then continue to feed or it will go out. Your third eye is your life And the physical world only a subsidiary. A third eye open is a diamond in the forehead Be that Buddha Instead of dreaming of Buddha
