Be One to Be Good

In a talk on December 8 2017 in Orlando, Sant Rajinder Singh says Be One to Be Good. A variation on Kirpal Singh's saying "Be Good, Do Good, Be One" 

It helps to have the bliss and joy of meditation first to be able to be morally good. This is the concept behind Yoga Morality. In other words those actions that make you closer to God are good and those which take you away are bad.  Closer meaning up and in and out of the body.
