Meditation is like processing You sit and wait While the light flashes It feels good But are you allowed To have an it Or to feel? To have a knee that bends And sits content Is pretty basic For just that you can Have gratitude Darshan says: “life is forever a constant beginning” Then how do we ever get to the End? I am not sure who is writing this poem Since I don’t really know myself You could say Author Unknown? How is it that the End is connected to the Beginning?
