Mindfulness is for Pulitzer Prize winning children If I sat with them I would not count my breath I would cheat and leave the body There is nothing below the head so there is nothing to be mindful of Mystic annihilation may be old fashion but sure beats mindfulness meditation though it is only found by predestination So once found there should be no hesitation.
