The best way to improve morning meditation Is a prior evening meditation The best way to improve evening meditation is a very long morning meditation. The best way to improve any meditation is to not eat for 12 hours prior. Though I eat sometimes microscopically small. One almond, quarter teaspoon of honey. The best way to get up early is to go to sleep early. The best way to go to sleep early is to have an insanely fulfilling day. Thus by nightfall you feel complete and ripe for sleep.
