Poem:

To sit quietly and say your magic words Is a miracle. Usually you have lots of junk Slamming into your head Keeping the chit still Takes a lot of will Something which you must drill Take care of your health Maybe don’t eat And frequent the temple The internal switch Is about as long as an inch Poets emit the truth Love the truth If you sit on the floor it is more stable If you sit in a chair it is bourgeoisie and unstable Regularity is not the General It is the Royal Emperor Don’t listen to those Bourgeoisie Layman Make Hay while the Sun Shines Internally There is no need to make plans externally Maybe you should forget all the polemics And become mindful of your Guru And sit still like a dead tree stump.
