Evening Meditation is regenerative and empowering while Just resting is bourgeoise and unprofessional Some say they worked all day and now they must chill and watch TV In reality they just lack will During their day they thought about things extra They thought of what is not necessary. They could conserve their energy by not digressing and over expressing. This is Zen, the Tao and management prowl.
