Poem:

There is a physical ailment that I will get next year. As a proper Doctor I can cure it today by Meditation, Exercise and Diet. I don’t know what the ailment will be but I do know what the cure is today. It might make sense to complete your spiritual course of training first and then explore the world later. If you remove your chief source of underlying anxiety which is done by meeting the absolute. This can be done on a daily basis by compressing your whole life into a day. Each day becomes a microcosm of the whole. You would want to live it correctly. Going to sleep becomes death. You could squeeze total enlightenment into the morning, then set a record running, enjoy a delicious breakfast, do something loving, you could fit in reading some scripture, write a poem and play a song, evening is nice for walking, sunset makes a beautiful setting. Prayer of course is the ending. Your autobiography should already be published and complete, I would be arrogant and foolish to think you can do it later. If you think otherwise maybe you need brain surgery. If you declutter your room then you don’t leave a mess. Your mind should be clear so the music of the spheres you can hear. If you pass though a tunnel it is the same as going to heaven. You can practice the while process early and not be in a hurry, then there would be no need to worry. A Mind in the light has tremendous Might. If the Mind follows the Tao and the body is following the Mind then everything seems to be in harmony. Everything should work out as long as you do things in chronological order. God is out there somewhere but his basic substance can be realized when the Mind is sitting totally still.
