In my extremely robust religion

Poem:

In my extremely robust religion, the lazy and slothful should be kicked in the butt. I practice for all mankind not for myself even physically. Extreme stillness is coupled with extreme motion which helps in forming healthier emotions. Following heavy amounts of action over ruts in the city, then decompression is highly needed, overwise you will damage your prana. The lower centers have extra energy but if you over extend them you disrupt the center. Over engagement with sensual pleasure is violence. Small amounts between sittings is better. If you go to bed tired it is because of selfish desire. Staying up longer is often because of even more craving. Those who meditate longer can clearly see the problem. Inner spiritual fulfillment dissipates the materialistic fire. DS Poem July 25, 2018
