Poem:
Going inside and cashing in at a treasure house and writing poetry all the time I am not ashamed of. It is not odd but on the other hand going outside and scattering your attention is lame and it leads to your dissipation. So what I have discovered is now mine. I can stand up to my beliefs and claim they are natural. I can use what you pick up out of thin air. I can advance into pure ecstasy and don’t need any external confirmation. That’s why I am lucky and have virtually no envy. You cash in dividends from regular practice it’s like having an established business. It is actually man’s birthright and is what makes them superior to animals. It has become fact that I am now a yogi due to experiencing repeated samadhi. I don’t really know what to do besides continue to sit in meditation. As I have said enlightenment is nothing but the tendency to just continue to meditate. Advanced meditators typically go into isolation to avoid outer scrutiny or distraction. This is understandably normal. Sitting vertical is better than sleeping. Zen buddhist would appreciate it. Maybe I have been too long in isolation and need a zen certificate of enlightened contemplation. If I no longer eat or sleep I should not be considered strange it is just that I have rearranged my brain. I need not be on the defensive I am the one with the message. I should go to India for graduation. I need more advanced training not admiration. There is more to it than silent illumination as per Hakuin the critic. The mind can not provide any guidance but has been decommissioned for redundance. A clear palette is unusual which makes it all the more fascinating. If you push yourself a bit forward you could end up less broken. I should try to crack more zen koans. Does that put me inside Rinsai Zen? This blog recognizes the fact that it has no audience and this poem will only be discovered under the Ice in Finland in 500 years. But that is very encouraging to me, since I will experience very little disruption. DS Poem August 1, 2018
