I shouldn’t forget my EZPASS in Chicago

To sit still serene is a miracle Sometimes there is music that acts as a vacuum. Your attention instead of scattered is collected. Your knees can be trained and become professional. There is no rush to be an intellectual. It is naturally pleasant. A good intellectual is actually very slow. The virtue of books is mostly in the selection. It is good to stick to the classics though I still will go off into esoteric directions. The number of books I read has been reduced from about ten to about five. This still maintains variety. Even the mind comes to admire the inner treasures. That’s why it also withdraws with pleasure. The mind (man) is basically primitive so it has to be trained to be more proactive beyond it’s perimeter. A good poem can be an anchor which is a Persian word that created the Punjabi word langar. I learn something every day that I am a sikher. If you type rhymezone:joy you get roy and enjoy. You could also find Helen of Troy who was a blonde and a real beauty. I have no real rules about construction just go to the top and sit in meditation. The Chinese think you should breathe though your soles and not eat until you are full. I have an interest in principles that are universal. The summer is actually passing rapidly though in the heat it might seem slow. If you find the truth every morning you will not be mourning. If you do not go up rapidly it is simply  due to attachment because you love your family, your car, your house and your job, you have lots of plans. In contrast if you are completely empty there is a place that can be filled. Meditation is just for old folks young people are too busy. You could be a young person who can see far ahead that you will someday also be old so you might develop your skills in order to be more skilled when you are dead. They should build a GPS for the cosmos and heaven. Your third eye would be home position. A GPS is old fashion but is needed internally. The fact that I have to give all the credit to the SatGuru is a narcissistic injury. I would like honorable mention but instead I am forgotten and left for dead.
