Poem:

To sit still in silent contemplation is sublime. Is my new line. I teach meditation which is without any hesitation. It helps to be wide awake and have great strength. You should look six inches in front of you and sit up straight. Don’t arrive late. It is a blessing to be regular. Missing evening meditation would not be great. Public events and restaurants are just distracting. They are no use to someone in practice. It is a relief to have a mind that is stable. Not eating anything bad is very pleasant. Waking up and going straight into your head without drugs and chemicals. No props are necessary. Charged mantras are very helpful in escalating the situation. Sitting in principle is the principal. A mystic tries to describe a condition in which you see light. Simple repetition is wholesome and results in astral projection. The red rising sun creates a dot in your head. You can concentrate on it until you are dead. Without hesitating or being late, you can facilitate yourself being great. Why pursue an alternative fate. Why focus on hate. A gentleman finds something bright in his head. The whole sunrise may be beautiful but that is only outer there is also inner. To practice every day makes you a winner. I have practiced 42 years, 42 lamely and eight intensively. It helps to practice more, it is not a part time practice. DS Poem August 11, 2018
