Poem:

To be locked into position is sweet ammunition. The goal of Yoga is to help you sit still at will. All the mind’s rumblings are just intrusive. If anyone is disruptive it is mostly yourself that does it. The sound current is like a generator. If you would only take the time to listen. You could recharge your engine. Sometimes you need a refresh. To reunite with God every day is a meaningful goal. I’ll take the light and the sound as my ground. My practice is mysterious My mind can’t know what I did.
