Poem:
When you don’t know what to do that means it’s time for meditation A good way to recognize the absolute is to sit absolutely still. This makes a lot of sense and supports well making it habitual. Sitting perfectly still can be worship. It is a good way to remember the hereafter. To remember regularly is like Islam. I am not becoming more Islamic just more ascetic. A hollow feeling means you have been running around too much outside and you now are lacking the spiritual so must re-engage. If you have gotten use to being spiritually alive in the morning why should you be dead in the evening. Instead you could take a victory lap instead. You could sort out your knees and make them ready for tomorrow. The fact that outer space is just inside your head should be interesting to a scientist. Each individual is like a star. I should ask where are my planets? That could be today’s zen koan. If I am just a star than I must be subject to dark energy. I promised I would study physics and get mixed up instead. If you hold the solar system in your hand it is sort of like listening to the sound current. Many people find out about the sound during Naam-Daan (नाम दान). Sitting perfectly still could be the opposite of greater action. You don’t have to be just ordinary. Some people after receiving NaamDaan just run around, they could be listening to the sound instead. If you dismiss the future as providing very little advantage you can currently experience the supernatural. Experiencing enlightenment today can become your history tomorrow, I think that would be better. This Halloween you could become the living dead by entering the space in your head. You could become like a piece of furniture and have your soul leave the body. You’re not losing any energy, you are actually gaining a lot, that is the mystery. You can study the same thing happening in history. DS Poem October 24, 2018 #islam #zen #koan #NaamDaan #Halloween #thelivingdead 1186 Too few the mornings be, Too scant the nights. No lodging can be had For the delights That come to earth to stay, But no apartment find And ride away. Emily Dickinson
