Before every meal

Poem:

There is a saying that you should brush your teeth after every meal. I say you should meditate before every meal if you want to touch upon the sublime. This is in addition to your long meditation in the morning if you are a Professional. A Professional is like a monk it is just that he lives at home. For a Professional if there is something that interferes with meditation - with that he is quickly done. Worldly people’s opinions are quickly erased even as they arrive in only thoughts. If you keep up the cosmic connection by continuously recognizing heaven then you create a habit which trains your mind sublimely in a timely fashion. Failure to act could lead to lust, gluttony and sloth. It is better to maintain power than engage in Sin. It feels good when you achieve momentum. After you achieve momentum you should then keep it.
