Poem:

You can begin with the annihilation of fat. You can start by decluttering your brain. Can transcendentalism survive amongst the mundane? In western culture sense bombardment echoes a lot. Keeping the spine free flowing takes some effort and gets more difficult in Winter. Philosophy matters when it comes to pinpointing goal selecting and concentration. When you get old maintenance becomes more critical. You are old by the time you get any ilm ( arabic for knowledge). To gather marifa ( sufi spiritual experience) you have to pray a lot. You have to sit still inside your brain. It does not help if you just complain. When I give my final lecture at Harvard. It will be on “the music of the spheres”. It will be in triumph because there is the most knowledge inside of there. The reason I like to sit in long time period meditation is because I want to get married to vitality. I would like to have Emily Dickinson’s Immortality. I would like to write more poetry. DS Poem December 20, 2018 #harvard #emilydickinson
