Poem:

If you get up very early in the morning - you can go into early mourning - over your own pending death. You can forget about your having a future and just concentrate on what is before you. If you completed your autobiography there is no need to hesitate with respect to your departure. You may have already decluttered your room as a courtesy to others. The irony is advanced meditation and detachment is very good for the body, those ready to die could live a long time instead and cover more ground in meditation. In extreme annihilation comes real fulfillment. To become truly alive you first become dead. You can sit perfectly still and leave the body. You can achieve spiritual euphoria like the first movement of a Bach cantata. You can pursue the sublime like you are out of time. You could listen to God’s music what could be better. You could do stem cell therapy by simply doing Simran. If you are Islamist then you could do Dhikr instead. DS Poem December 26, 2018 #stemcelltherapy #dhikr #simran #bach
