Poem:

If you meditate over two hours your mind runs out of ammunition and you win the war simply by attrition. It is like rubbing your knees, eventually they bend in submission. The thing that needs engineering is your time schedule. The gift of cosmic ignition should not be underestimated or underutilized. It should be realized.
