Poem:

Watching TV until you go to bed is almost like being dead. You brain is turned to mush and your life becomes directionless and meaningless. The same is true of taking up a cause on the internet. It would be better if you just said you were Jacque Derrida and were taking no position and were just doing deconstruction and preferred to look at both sides or none. You could become philosophical about restoring your brain internally. You could grow up and write your stuff on a keyboard. Books are still a blessing and a good source for disconnection - you can even write in the margin. My personal preference is reading, writing and meditation and not eating. You can remove yourself from the body by Remembrance. This would be to your extreme advantage and solve all your problems.

A Poem of David Smith March 1, 2019
