A Bubbling Youth again

Poem:

I will meet you at six with fine black espresso coffee from Italy and fine Sencha green tea from Japan both very hot. We can already be in the habit of sitting still. Our stomachs can be empty from fasting. Whether you are rested means nothing. No one is ever rested. Meditation is rest actually so sleep is unnecessary. An all night vigil is like real complaining. Your attention is supposed to be in your head not in your belly. You can do both Simran and Dhikr that way you can please both the Hindus and the Muslims. You can sit on a zabuton so that will please the Buddhists. You can be a Pilgrim and actually make progress-that will please the Christians. You can get up even earlier at Amrit Vela- that will please the Sikhs. You can fill your cup up to the brim - that will fulfill your Soul. You could do all this before you get old and make yourself a bubbling youth again.
