When horrible things happen Poem: If Horrible things happened to you, it makes sense to stop what you are doing and meditate and go up to the third plane and find out why, instead of just wondering. Hafez says you knew the world was sorrowful and you came here anyways. Anyways the solution is meditation not aggravation. You can just ignore them anyways. 95% to 99% of things thought about are unnecessary that is why the Buddhist teach mindfulness to get rid of the excess stuff. It is like decluttering your head. You can just sit still in Simran and not address any problems. They should just show themselves when they are pertinent and not be hypothetical. If you had a Dark Night of the Soul you do not have to relive it you can have Remembrance of God instead. The past and the future only exists in thought, without thought the only thing left is the present - which could be the night journey up to heaven - or perhaps the morning journey if you start when the birds sing. The negative power in a way is just clutter, which can be avoid by having no desire. Mystic poetry is like the guide and fear of death makes you wise. To a mystic going to basecamp is a necessity. Basecamp is the Third Eye. A Human is in constant need of healing of his ignorance because we are living in a ruined monastery. How healthy you are depends on how long you sit in meditation. If you sit for a long time in the morning - you can start your day as if you were reborn. The sound current (bani, nad, naam, shabd, logos) is very good for your skin. A Poem by David Smith April 12, 2019
