Poem:

I sat in silent contemplation As I needed to heal for a while What I mean by silent is mental And a while could be forever Inside your head is an “Interior Castle” Like Teresa Your Prana can travel the pathway from your butt to your head. Your can always go up instead Your body is a temple is the same as the castle. Her description of it is natural. You can just sit in it and pray. There is not that much difference between prayer and meditation, it is just a matter of identification. The past and future usually fades away. The present will lead the way. In the right spots in the brain, bliss will rain. You can fix it’s structure if you just stop thinking. You could improve the well-being of God according to the Safed. In addition, Samadhi is very good for the body. All you have to do is get out of bed. A Poem by David Smith April 21, 2019 #safed #stteresa #interiorcastle
