Each day that you are not fully in Sach Khand is a tragedy. Each day that passes is a missed opportunity. It is better to complete all the way and not halt and get lost. You are not sure when you will come around again. History shows that human life is mostly tragic. You can’t do Simran in the past. A Professional mystic goes on retreat every morning regardless if whether he is in the mountains. He does his mountain climbing straight up his spine. His summit is his head which he always reaches by nine. If our life was lived similar you would reach the summit by twenty. Maybe you should just do exercise, yoga and meditation all the time. You could become the resident poet. Your Simran could come into rhythm with the birds. A Poem by David Smith May 20, 2019
