Be alone or practice when others sleep That is the conundrum. To eliminate a disturbance is very hard. The world is a noisy place. Solitude is best for intellectual pleasure Poetry comes alive more in quietude. You can medicate your head with Simran and rectitude. You don’t need a brainscan if you live life with the right attitude. Saints since time immemorial have practiced remembrance like some Sikhs and Muslims. You can enjoy the repetition of the waves like in the ocean. The truth is like a bonfire you just have to light it. You can restructure your life sort of like a declutterer. You can break through the fog in your head and start moving. The Truth is Sublime and is practiced all the Time. You can throw out the trash as if it were your Mind. The main thing you need is your Soul and your muscles. You can devote yourself to action instead getting a reaction. You can repair your brain completely instead of just partly. You should stop just being a follower and just be Buddha. All you have to do is stop Time. We could make Istanbul the Capital since it is actually in the Middle.
