If you sit long enough you can burst the bubble that is holding you back - which is your ego. You can become slim if you don’t eat so much. Stillness goes well with motion otherwise you just have melancholy. The adventure into the mystical is the tariqat. You can multiply the intensity to get more leverage. A mystic is someone who examines the gray area in his brain by actually looking inside. If you sit long enough you can become like a fixture. You do not have to have a brain scan all the time to find out what is wrong. You can fix things yourself. Your memory will not lapse as it will be mostly of bliss. You will not have to take out your car because just in your head you can go really far. You can stimulate your lazy brain cells with light. You can make the purpose of life obvious. You can support your getting old with a lot of muscle. Simran is good for taking attendance you can determine who is just gonna be there. The after effects of contemplation are hard to relate so you can just write poetry. If you get lucky you can go to Alakh, Agam and Anami. If you remember in the right spot in your brain you can be there. But it helps if you consistently train. You might want to read the Pali Canon, especially the chapter on Mastering the Mind. Your Third Eye can be your Magnetic North you do not need to face any particular direction. You can go inside like you fell into a deep well. You can read my poetry as your daily inspiration.
