Old-Growth Forest Poem: If you reincarnate as a Man and meditate and exercise by ten then you are lucky and can be grateful. Then you can try to make the rest of the day great. Of course you could always re-meditate, Simran is like playing music to your body. You could put it into harmony. After that I like the 3Cs: cooking, cleaning and creating. You could write Poetry and read Books. I like to play the Piano. Sometimes I go to the library. I must be slow at getting it because as of yet I have not completed reading the entire Pali Canon or the Quran. I could be dead before I read the last verse and am annihilated. Meditation and exercise are the principle treasure in which you can accumulate wealth. After that it is best to employ restraint. Mindfulness can be helpful. You can eat little and spend little. Watching TV and playing video games just turns you into blubber and makes you stupid. You would be better off playing handball in the alleyway. To not pay attention to sunrise and sunset and the full moon is disrespectful. You should walk in the pristine old-growth forest and reject the others. Paying attention at your Third Eye is much better than having an MRI because it is proactive instead of reactive. Participating in a cause that is transitory is the same as embracing the meaningless.
