Meditating three times a day Poem: Meditating three times a day is a good way to prevent stupidity. Once you have fixed yourself you just have to do it again. A brainscan can never replace a Godman. Divination feels like radiation. Your thoughts can be magnetized like stars falling into a black hole. Otherwise you just spin out of control. God actually likes Sin because he wants to see if you repent. That is what they think in the Orient. A mystic poet thinks that he is God’s therapist. Sitting in long time period meditation is an easy way to erase all your mistakes. Sitting still and not moving is the highest form of work. It is an ironic fact that the more you bend your knees the less they will complain. “United States is the result of competition between England, France and Spain”. All this mystic poetry may mean I have to fulfill it. I is like you are looking at the burning bush or standing at the wailing wall. My studies include Muslim, Buddhist, Jewish and Christian - I have not cheated. I have no choice but total submission. With meditation you can reverse the ravages of time and the damage it does to your spine. Meditation is the highest form of exercise. You can just let the Kundalini be your doctor and at the same time achieve immortality. The way I teach meditation is to just sit in it - I don’t give any lecture. Stepping into the present moment is sort of like just following your Master’s instructions. You can do it full-time instead of just doing it part-time. In my School of Divinity in the morning I read Teresa of Avila and the Kabbalah as well as read Alawi and study Pali. I give each one equal time - that is my equal rights amendment. Yes, very much so. In fact, āshūb (آشوب)—that state of inward agitation, divine restlessness, and love-induced disturbance—is one of the places where Rumi and Sant Darshan Singh Ji come surprisingly c
