Qotnot ‘or Poem: The genitals are like the knot that ties the soul to the body. The Third Eye is where the Soul comes out. It is knotted in along the spine and tied at the bottom. It is strung out in a spiral as in the Sushumna, ida and Pingali. Your Headspace is where you escape. You have to untie the knots or just slip out. This becomes known just by osmosis after you meditate a lot. When things start working you better extend it. You don’t know when you will get back to that place again.
