Age of Individualism Poem: In the age of individualism, annihilationism must seem strange. To sit in position like Buddha and show respect is like having religion. You can have bliss if you have opened up the God channel. Listening to sound is the last chapter of yoga as discussed in the Hath Yoga Pradipika I have developed two health practices they are almost stupid in their simplicity: you only eat after you have lost weight and you only celebrate metabolic birthdays as your metabolic age declines as in you get younger. It is so obvious it seems no one has thought of it. The way basic income works is you pay people to exercise which than saves on medicaid. Walkers collect a bonus from cars passing by. Yoga pays the highest rate in the special spiritual state in India. A Poem by David Smith NYC June 11, 2019 #basicincome #hathayogapradipika #metabolicage
