A Done State Poem: When you are in a Done state - that is just Done with the world or perhaps shutdown - then you can just do Simran or Dhikr if you are Muslim. You must be Slim to be a Mus-Slim because of all the knee bending in submission plus those long suits look terrible if you are fat. So I take being a Muslim to mean you Must-be-Slim. Given that I am a Pagan and a Heretic I think that Ramadan should be doubled- where you fast for 24 hours and eat the next day, and fast the third day and not eat at night but in the morning. This is the new fashion as in alternate day intermittent fasting. You may be a Commoner but if you put your attention on the Divine you can become Sublime. Meditation is a way to reconnect your brain to the sound current which is the way back or the Tariqat. The physical body has it’s limits given the cost of jet fuel. It should be quite obvious that the physical body has a time limit. Your brain stem should be fully connected to your butt as in a free flowing Kundalini. It helps to keep your channels open. A professional yogi I suppose is like a plumber. A Poem by David Smith June 12, 2019
