The sustained effort Poem: Sustained effort can be my genuine urge. You can make God himself your main habit. It is very old fashion just to worship. Back in the old days they thought sustained piety was to build a church. Today it is just to manage your attention. To be cultured is to have right understanding. You could just have proper diet as your building project. It makes sense to meditate more when you still can. You never know when your body might get more sore. If you can set yourself up comfortably on the other shore, than you can conveniently always go for more. In this effort you don’t engage in ordinary thinking unless you want to go nowhere. You can sit at anytime of the day but you has better do what is right right from the start. Otherwise you could be lost. Complete detachment sort of defines being healthy. The reduction of things is sort of like self-realization. You can set before you the King. It could be your own self. Arrogance or narcissism can be defined as thinking that some thought of yours is actually worth having -it is giving too much importance to your desires.
