God should learn to meditate Poem: God should learn to meditate. In the past He has been scatter-brained. He needs to learn to focus on me. His attention is going all over the place And not up the inner Tree. By now I should be completely free. It still takes me long periods of practice when it should be instantaneous. Pleasure is not enough when you are looking for content. Other locations on Earth are also dead-spots. I don’t need anymore referrals. My preference is still Oxford, Cambridge and Harvard. I could go to Bryant park and to the Library at the Rose room maybe. I could look at a bunch of old books. If you are truly submissive than you won’t think. It is arrogant for a thought to intrude when you are trying to concentrate. Afterall God created the original scatter. He should gather up his things and declutter. A Poem by David Smith July 15, 2019 #roseroom #bryantpark
