If You don’t analyze or plan Poem: If you don’t analyze the past and don’t plan the future using your Mind then you will not waste so much time. The Mind has shown that it is no good at it. Alertness in the present is more useful and helpful. You can go straight up the Sushumna even before the birds sing. You don’t need a TV or cable unless you want to be a slave. You can nourish your Soul by merging with an inner sound wave. The best time to ride could be during sunrise. You could pay more attention to God in the morning, then the rest of your Life could just be a footnote. My Tai Chi class seemed to have gotten better but it could have just been due to the breeze.
