The Afternoon session Poem: It is possible to become God conscious in the afternoon, especially if you still have not eaten. You can use the 12hr keto as your excuse. You can act like a Parisian and just drink coffee until late. You could employ MEX-ME (meditate, exercise, meditate again, then eat) format as a way to lose weight. You could do social eating only as long as it is both Halal and kosher. You can not bother with yourself or not have a self. You can just become the five names of the Simran. Fasting stimulates the Angels according to Mani. The naturally seeking nature of the mind can be turned inward. Your crossed legs effectively become a temple. Sometimes just going for a walk seems very pedestrian. At the end of the month it is important to lose weight and become very strong, you can actually jump when someone wants something and do selfless service effectively. You can celebrate a reverse aging metabolic new birthday. If you have lost weight then you get to eat. Even an hour of spiritual freedom can be considered God given. An enlightened monk in the west seems like nothing. Though it is a big deal if he can sit still in a room. You can just take the NYC ferry to Wall street and then just walk the Brooklyn Bridge and call it a vacation if you are a simpleton. A Poem by David Smith NYC July 28, 2019 #halal #kosher #nycferry
