Poem:

You can recover from Life in the late afternoon by spiritual contemplation instead of having a beer. You can not eat very much and still be able to move. The timeframe of the Mind is all the time, that is why it is easy to be blind. It is rare for the Mind to get an addiction to the sound current. But if it does then you are there. You can use your Will to sit very still. Remembrance of things past is like an illusion, you can be present now. You can become a spiritual sage in the age of just material. You can use the Simran of a SatGuru. You can meditate for three hours and then go exercise every morning that can be your start. You can read five or six scriptures and be a scholar. It is important to maintain your back by bending it a lot - you can go for a walk. You could undergo the therapy associated with being a tripartite human. You can stop the negative plight of the Mind. You can see the Sun, the Moon and the Stars just in front of you. Your principle obligation is to become dead to the world. The various instruments can play in harmony instead of just picking up static. If you meditate deep enough you can recreate a thousand years. Instead of behaving like a child you can also meditate for six hours and become a Professional. It is better if your spiritual practice were consistent rather than flighty. You could train in yoga starting from the top and going down. The other way could be too slow. During the day you could just do Simran and try to become a Simpleton. According to Huxley it is rare that you might find one. An example is Lao Tzu. To sail your ship into annihilation requires style. To miss the Golden Sunlight is the same as becoming poor.
