The connecting link Poem: The connecting link between evening meditation and morning meditation is the afternoon meditation. It is always good to maintain piety. There is no need to formulate desires, real needs can present themselves and don’t need marketing. You can buy 110 ounces of bean for $5 dollars. You can recharge yourself not just your phone. You can also rest your bones. You don’t have to live in a monastery to live like Chuang Tzu and Lao Tzu. You can just stay in touch with the Tao. Meditation followed by Exercise followed by Meditation followed by Eating is the new Meme. You can do it all before you are through. The main thing I need is shoes. If I spend all day in meditation and exercise would that break the Mind. After-all it is Summer. Early in the morning there is nothing to do but meditate and write poetry. In every sitting you should go past the stars, the Moon and the Sun to the Radiant Form of the Master and then to Sat Naam. With total detachment you have no other thoughts or interference. Whatever happens after that is less important. It is important to be slim and have the proper form. Your Will power can be accelerated and penetrating. You can complete the journey by listening to the sound current. Mankind can save the Earth by stop reproducing and being in a hurry.
