Simran is manifest Simplicity Poem: Simran is manifest simplicity and can be calming. It also can lead to an ascent and is healing. The Mind is in constant need of bending and repositioning. If you increase the time of your sitting it can effect tomorrow. You can lower your inflammation and raise your whiteness. It feels like lightness. When you turn sixty you can create your own Pax Americana by having no pain in the body. Simran deep inside the brain is better for the groin then eating. You can sit still in the Sublime also on a higher plane. You can melt down a pain by taking your attention away. You can be the champion of bliss and start out your day completely satisfied. The mystic’s day ends at nine, AM that is. He says “I am”. One way to heal the body is to leave it. Crossing the legs and bending the knees can be done five or six times. You can speak your words in lines. A brave soul does not commit venial sins in the Mind. Transcendental truth can cause radiation. Extreme virtue can be self fulfilling.
