Lifestyle Blogger Poem: Your approach to life could be first withdrawal then just muscle especially if you are an intellectual. In the evening you could do stretching to get ready for tomorrow. When you get old the body needs a lot of maintenance just to do Simran in your room. The use of the Mind should be limited to that which is necessary so it does not balloon. When you reach age 61.8 you are supposed to have reached Sach Khand already, if you had followed all the steps. Instead of going out into the world you could just go up to the top. You can still enjoy the aftershock which is just bliss. The Mind can become entranced with the meeting with the five Gods. You have to wonder why was the Sun and the Moon put right on the threshold. On earth the Master is the most magnetic. Superconsciousness is easiest if you just simplify. Complicated processes just degenerate the prana. It is interesting- to become a “seasoned mystic” all you have to do is execute the third blessing - where you show Grace unto yourself by adapting an assiduous practice to open carefully the third eye. In the typical time it takes to form a habit - you can make progress. Your knee will bend and you will reach the sky. The purpose of Life is to die. In time you will be totally enlightened. Next you can execute grace upon yourself in doing more exercise you could end up having always working joints. Then you could be good to yourself by cleaning, cooking and doing art. It could be your way of going to Mecca (meditation, exercise, cleaning, cooking and art). You can do dhikr instead of bicker. Simran (Punjabi: ਸਿਮਰਨ, Hindi: सिमरण, सिमरन) is a Punjabi word derived from the Sanskrit word स्मरण (smaraṇa, "the act of remembrance, reminiscence, and recollection") which leads to the realization of what may be the highest aspect and purpose in one's life.

That’s actually an excellent recovery drink — especially for you with all the tennis and pickleball. What you made is basically a plant-based golden milk, and it checks a lot of boxes: Almond milk → l

Nice Saturday — swim + sauna + plant protein is a very recovery-oriented combination. Given how much racquet sport volume you’ve had lately, that was smart. Edamame vs. Tofu — what’s the difference? B
