Simran and Fasting Poem: Betting on Simran and Fasting is clearly a good gamble. Attending Funerals is the best diet and clears the Mind. You can reconverge upon the Sublime. You can reach enlightenment instead of waste your time. You can get the cool breeze through the window almost like you are camping out. You need not eat meat or meet and greet. You can just sit up straight in your room in order to be great. Strangely enough my third eye has become my condo and my retreat house - I can carry it with me everywhere. I can generate adequate energy anywhere. My cashflow comes from a bleeding heart liberal. I can set a precedent that stabilizes the rest. It is not necessary to sleep more than four hours. You are better off if you practice dying. Sat Naam can be reached by starting with Simran. Slow repetition of the mantras cleans out the brain. You can alter your DNA. You do not need CBD or DDT. You can use your Mind to make sure you meditate for an adequate amount of time. The expansion of consciousness can be done at night. It is becoming more clear that casualness towards the spiritual path is a casualty as well as certain tragedy. Something is seriously wrong with the West. While in the East they are rapidly adapting the West. Mankind has entered a race. I sit at the center setting the pace. You will not solve the problem by going into space. You can use extreme cold as a replacement for gold. You can become unconscious that you are doing something when you reach enlightenment. Not meditating is a violent act and should be stopped in its tracks. A Poem by David Smith September 19, 2019 #fasting #diet #dieting #cbd #meditation
