One Small Suitcase To complain, criticize, not exercise, not meditate and not attend satsang is the worst. If you just hit the like button enough you can qualify for a trip to the moon. The proof is in the pudding with women. They are best after six hours of meditation - their six hours of meditation not your own. They can not be arrived at without detachment. At some point you reach for the truth not just sleep. You can meditate somewhere between God and Mother Earth. Not meditating is hurtful and violent to others because you have not contained your anger. Most people need about 10,000 hours just to get started. You can attend a satsang that starts with two hours like in Munich. Not attending satsang is like letting loose the wild horses. You can set up just yourself as an observatory and go to Jupiter. You can sit cross-legged on the floor and look at the stars. You can say Simran until you disappear. I am tired of not being worthy enough to have experience. I want to have the experiences that will make me worthy. I don’t want bliss I want experience. People who have a TV practice systematic sleep and don’t actually live Life. A yoga mat and a seat make for a pleasant spot. My lifestyle is extremely active and extremely contemplative with in between switching. You can be a one week minimalist with only seven pairs of underwear and have to do your wash weekly. You can have a few black t-shirts. You can have one small suitcase and go anywhere.
