September is a good time to remember Poem: Keeping the Mind in training requires extra reading. The Mind with just drift can become pale and listless. It needs a clear purpose. You do what you can to manufacture inspiration and devotion. Luckily meditation can be self-authenticating. Not returning to the position could be a disaster. Exercise and the quiet life is good for the brain. It is egotistical to think during meditation so you should not. Only an egotist has something to think about. Someone humble goes into annihilation and comes out the other side and becomes super-human. If you are not self important there is no need for planning or analysis. You can just become consciousness. Celestial Harmony is self explanatory. Frequent meditation helps keep the third eye open. Some of this should be obvious. You could lose twenty pounds via fasting then just go shopping. Not eating or drinking could be sublime and rejuvenate the Mind. Sitting with a straight back is very similar to being the Buddha. You can be the Buddha for as long as you choose to. If for only a short period then it would become trivial. September is a good time to remember. Hesitation can be considered wrong in a world in which you could do Simran.
