The Turn-Key Operation Poem: Decluttering yourself off the the Earth is the ultimate form of enlightenment. Going back into meditation in the evening is like recapturing the flag. If you wander around all day you need to reconnect in the evening or your brain will be loosey goosey and deranged. Submitting to a state of concentration can become engrained. The Soul eating can become the norm. By giving up that which is vain one can end a lot of their pain. You can become empty in an attempt to become a guru. Constantly eating is only for children. Intermittent fasting is perfect for the practitioner. Desire is undesirable. In fact you can have meditation before every meal, then brush your teeth. You can bend and then end up straight. You can maintain good posture for the sake of your backbone. Two small pillows can make you comfortable. You can maintain a long term practice, then when death and suffering arrive, you can see through it with clarity. Making the predawn hour God’s room can be you principal road. You can setup various Life Hacks before you get old. You can have your own turn-key operation up and running. You can use your forehead as a third eye. You could read various scriptures instead of poison your blood with sugar and cause inflammation and then get arthritis. Sitting like Buddha and doing Simran can be your occupation. That way you can transform. You can wake up in the new world. You can drop out of class and be the first to come in last.
