Being Minimal Poem: The Master explained the part about the spiritual body but what was not clear was to get there you had to go all-in. You had to build a pyramid of transcendental power. You had to sit for long hours. If you travel both inwardly and outwardly you can cover a much greater distance. It is also much more glamorous. Your Third Eye can be your point of departure instead of the LaGuardia. You can use Simran as your way to fly. If you Not eat, Not sleep, and sit up straight and Not move you can reach the entrance gate. When you actually do travel you can start with just being transcendental. A Hotel room has been compared to being a minimalist. You could ask for one with nothing in it. Nothing may now have a premium price. Having a Zabuton is nice. We can start from there and build up slowly. In the next iteration you could add tea and a pillow. Probably all that you need would fit on a bicycle.
