Upstairs not upside-down Poem: The ability to sit in the Golden position is a privilege. You can take the initiative. You can fix your attention on one objective and then just go all-in. You can sit for 3.14159 hours instead of whine and complain. There is a good chance that your melancholy condition can be corrected. You can stop eating too much and do exercise which is sufficient. In the evening you can recharge yourself sort of like an electric car. When I go upstairs for evening meditation, yaya γιαγιά (grandma) says putapati που πας (where you going) and I say pano επάνω upstairs.
